Zhongfu Lianzhong Wind Power Blade (Lianyungang) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lianyungang Company") is affiliated to China National Building Material Group. It is one of the wind power blade production bases under Sinoma Wind Power Blade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sinoma Blade") that focuses on implementation the "Two Seas Strategy".

Founded in June 2023, Lianyungang Company is a base for R&D and manufacturing of "Offshore Blade, Coastal Blade, and Overseas Export Blade", which was set up by Sinoma Blade in East China. In China, the Company took the lead in building a full-size automatic loading test center for wind power blades, which has successively passed CNAS and DNVGL certifications. Under the support of national key special projects and national key R&D projects, the Company has taken the lead in developing technologies such as multi-point collaborative loading, safe and efficient loading and unloading of oversized flanges and sensors, and adaptive inclined flexible hoisting of the entire blade system. Besides that, the Company has refined hardware conditions and high-efficiency and accurate testing capabilities for full-size structural testing of ultra-hundred-meter-level (25MV-180m) blades.

Lianyungang Company currently has two factories, and it specializes in mass production of offshore and export-oriented products of 100 meters and above. With a floor space of 380 mu and six production lines under planning, Factory 1 is capable of producing 500 sets of 90 to 130-meter-level offshore wind power blades per year, and it was put into operation in September 2019. With a floor space of 430 mu and six production lines under planning, Factory 2 is capable of producing 500 sets of 100 to 130-meter-level offshore wind power blades per year, and it was put into operation in December 2023. As a base for Sinoma Blade's "Two Seas Strategy", Lianyungang Company always adheres to the strategic development direction of becoming an international first-class offshore wind power blade R&D and innovation center and a large-scale offshore wind power blade and international export demonstration industrial base.
